Climate Change?

I came across many interesting signs during my recent tour of the UK. When I saw this one in Cambridgeshire I just had to hit the big button on the old Box Brownie.

Was it a portent for a period of Global Cooling, or a way of making travelling Canadians feel welcome in England? England's daffodils may be blooming in March, but it's still blooming cold in southern Ontario in March! Whatever the sign meant, it made my head spin.
