New T-Shirts In Stock

We took delivery of a big order of new T-shirts recently. Among them is this strange, but highly popular design.

I confess, I have no idea what hidden meaning may lurk within this unusual image. Is it just an imaginative piece of art? Or is it, instead, a symbol of some secret English society?
